It’s time to RESTore and unwind with Katrina and Tankut! Join us for the most relaxing yoga experience yet— Ultimate Chill Mode.

This class will offer students two blissful hours of:

  • Restorative Yoga

  • CBD & THC tinctures and topicals to enhance relaxation and soothe sore muscles and joints

  • Essential Oils

  • Massage for the head, neck, shoulders, hands and feet

REGISTRATION DETAILS

Mats and props will be provided, so feel free to leave your belongings at home! Please wear loose and comfortable clothing to practice.

Space is limited to 8 students. Pre-registration is required.

Ultimate Chill Mode: Restorative Yoga & Massage

It’s time to RESTore and unwind with Katrina and Tankut!

Join us for the most relaxing yoga experience yet— Ultimate Chill Mode.

In this two hour class Katrina will guide students through a series of 8 - 10 restorative asanas, fully supported by bolsters and blankets. Throughout the practice, massage therapist Tankut will help students release tension by providing massage in each of the restorative asanas (with assists from Katrina).

If desired, CBD oil will be available to enhance relaxation and soothe sore muscles and joints.

Mats and props will be provided, so feel free to leave your belongings at home! Please wear loose and comfortable clothing to practice.

Gentle Flow & Restorative Yoga

ABOUT

This 90-minute class will begin with a gentle vinyasa sequence and close with a relaxing and nourishing sequence of restoratives. The first portion of the class will offer students a gentle flow to bring awareness into the body and release tension. The second portion of the class will create space for deep relaxation through lengthy holds in restorative asanas.

Restorative yoga helps release unnecessary tension in the body and the mind. In this practice, we create conditions for conscious relaxation and practice the art of doing less. Restorative yoga activates the parasympathetic nervous system— our nervous system’s “rest and digest” response. This neurological response promotes healing within the immune, digestive, and reproductive systems. This practice of stillness allows us to care for the whole of ourselves by supporting physical, mental, and emotional well being.
