This practice will offer students a relaxing evening of meditation, pranayama, and yin yoga.
Yin asanas (postures) are generally held for 3 - 5 minutes, with counterposes and slow movements in between asanas. Longer holds target deeper layers of fascia to keep the tissues healthy and the joints mobile. Students of all experience levels are welcome to attend. Come and join us on the blissful journey to release tension & unwind body and mind!
The studio has bolsters, blankets, blocks, and yoga mats to support us during practice
Cozy socks and/or sweaters are recommended to keep warm and comfortable
Space for this event is very limited. Registration in advance is required.
