It’s time to RESTore and unwind with Katrina and Tankut!
Join us for the most relaxing yoga experience yet— Ultimate Chill Mode.
In this two hour class Katrina will guide students through a series of 8 - 10 restorative asanas, fully supported by bolsters and blankets. Throughout the practice, massage therapist Tankut will help students release tension by providing massage in each of the restorative asanas (with assists from Katrina).
If desired, CBD oil will be available to enhance relaxation and soothe sore muscles and joints.
Mats and props will be provided, so feel free to leave your belongings at home! Please wear loose and comfortable clothing to practice.
