Balancing Yin & Yang Retreat

  • The Nexus Center 1436 Howard St #201 San Francisco, CA 94103 United States (map)

Yoga practice aims to re-establish our innate wholeness, our natural state of equilibrium. Ancient Chinese philosophy suggests that health and harmony are created when yin and yang aspects are in balance. When yin and yang are balanced, we return to the Dao - the center of tranquility.

Our time together will integrate both physical, movement-focused asana practices (Yang) with softer, more contemplative practices of being (Yin).  This retreat will provide students with the framework to design an effective and balanced home practice that supports optimal well being. Students will return home feeling refreshed and invigorated. Come and join us on this extraordinary journey to wholeness and health!
