Everything Upside Down Workshop

Join me for an afternoon of inversion practice and play! This workshop will provide a step-by-step break down of inversions including: headstand, forearm stand, shoulder stand, and handstand. Throughout the workshop, we will discuss healthy alignment and preparatory exercises for each of these exciting asanas. Students will go home with a deeper understanding of how they may safely begin to integrate inversions into their practice. Get ready to go upside down!  :) 

This workshop is appropriate for:

  • Students with an established yoga practice. It is recommended that students who attend are familiar with at least one of the inversions listed above.
  • Students who haven't been able to balance upside down yet, but have a desire to learn inversions.
  • Any yogis who want to deepen their practice. Fear not - the wall will be there to catch us if we fall!
