Join me for a relaxing Friday night of Candlelight Yoga and Meditation. This evening practice will provide a safe space for students to focus inward and unplug from the outside world. Practice will include both seated meditation and gentle yin yoga. Each student who attends will have an opportunity to practice mindfulness, surrender into stillness, and reconnect with peace and clarity within.
This practice is appropriate for students of all experience levels. The studio has bolsters, blankets, blocks, and yoga mats to support us during practice.
