This class is part of a four-part series that will take place over the course of four Sundays in November and December (November 11, November 18, December 2, December 16). Each week we will focus on opening a different area of the body. Full class schedule provided below.
Each session will offer students a relaxing evening of meditation, pranayama, and yin yoga practice. Students of all experience levels are welcome to attend. Come and join us on the blissful journey to unwind the body and mind!
The studio has bolsters, blankets, blocks, and yoga mats to support us during practice. Space for this event is very limited. Registration in advance is required.
