This workshop will offer students an opportunity to deeply explore their hips and shoulders through the practice of yoga. Throughout the workshop, we will practice yoga postures that focus on increasing flexibility and building strength at the hip and shoulder joints. As we practice, we will discuss the benefits of increasing mobility and stability in these areas.
Students will go home with a booklet that summarizes the topics addressed throughout the workshop. The booklet will also offer students several examples of short yoga sequences for home practice.
This workshop will be a well-paced and well-balanced practice. Students will leave the workshop feeling relaxed and recharged. Students of all levels are welcome to attend.
