The practice of gratitude is essential to fully experiencing the vibrancy, bliss, and beauty that life can offer. This class will integrate asana, pranayama, and meditation practices that center around the theme of gratitude. Asana practice will focus on spinal twists that encourage digestion. As we practice, we will contemplate how we can begin to integrate gratitude as a daily practice that sustains the inevitable ups and downs of life.
