Join us for a 7-day challenge (January 22 - 29) expanding your body, mind, and heart with daily yoga poses, personality tests, journaling thoughts, and sharing relevant photos reflecting on the daily focus. We hope that spending time on movement complemented with mindfulness activities will help you #KnowYourself2LoveYourself!
